New tourism statistical reports from ONS
Three new UK tourism statistics reports from the Office for National Statistics, Tourism Intelligence Unit published this week have now been added to the British Destinations’ research and statistics library.
These can be found as the first three reports in the following Britishdestinations.net page: https://britishdestinations.net/research-and-statistics/ .
The reports contain a wealth of higher level statistical information of general interest to destination managers, of which the report of on regional value of tourism in the UK 2013 will probably of be of most immediate interest. The reports may be of particular assistance to practitioner in the statics field, as the detail may be of assistance in calibrating or updating local, regional and national tourism value and volume estimates.
