Does anyone know of or operate a computer based booking system for Sports Pitch Lettings? Ideally we are looking to utilise a web based system that leagues/clubs can use to book pitches; is visible to the public on-line, and hopefully then links to a back end financial transaction system (e.g. invoicing). In Swansea, the bookings sit within Cultural Services and the Parks Operation (e.g. pitch marking, checking etc.) sits with the Environment Service. Our current system is archaic and is paper based and resource intensive.
We’d therefore be grateful to hear from anyone with any ideas/recommendations/experience of operating an electronic booking system.
