Tourist and Visitor Information Centre provision

Colleagues are looking retender local VIC/TIC provision after an absence of some years from the tender process. Before simply refreshing previous versions, they are looking for examples of latest best practices in information provision, examples of other destinations tender documents and any other information that might help them scope and produce a comprehensive tender documents.

We appreciate that many destinations have dropped entirely, outsourced VIC/TIC or moved to other innovative solutions. Understanding that landscape better would help the specific destination involved and importantly British Destinations as a representative body.
